Please note, applications close on January 30.

Applicants will be notified confirmation by February 6.

Please don’t send any payment until you receive confirmation. Payment will then be required by February 20 to secure your spot.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Trading hours are:
    Friday night 6pm to late.
    Saturday 9:30am to late 
    Sunday 9:30am to 6pm

  2. Stalls are placed at the discretion of the stall coordinators. All requests for placement will be considered but are not guaranteed.

  3. Stallholders are required to be waste-wise and all food stalls MUST serve food using only 100% compostable bamboo and paper.

  4. To keep your products safe, you’ll need to secure or remove your stock overnight, as BMMF security crew can’t take responsibility for stall inventory overnight

  5. All electrical equipment MUST be labeled and tagged in accordance with AS/NZS 3760:2022 (equipment will be checked) Market stalls include

  6. Cancellation of the Market stalls may be necessary if extreme weather conditions are predicted. If the BMMF stall team decides to cancel market stalls, your stall fee will be fully refunded.
