Wisconsin indie rock mainstay Brett Newski brings a collision of alt-country, Tom Petty, & 90’s alternative rock with a dash with satirical humour, contrarian ethos, and the knack for creating anthems for outliers.
Touring songwriter, illustrator, and author, Newski’s performances have been described as “Part rock show, part therapy session, part comedy hour”.
His latest record shows flourishes of Bob Dylan and Jonathan Richman, with production in the vein of Velvet Underground.
