Bonnie Kay and the Sweet Patooties are a 5-piece band of ladies performing some sassy, bawdy blues and jazz from the 1920's, 1930's and beyond.
Bonnie Kay will bring acoustic guitar and lead vocals, Carolyn 'Pinecone' Packer is on the keys, Catherine Golden on the double bass, Claire Hollander on the trumpet and Katie Glendenning on the drums.
Each member of this band has played at numerous blues and jazz festivals around the country, From Byron Bay Blues and Roots Festival (NSW) to Blues at Bridgetown (WA), From Docklands and Echuca Blues Festivals and the Wangaratta Festival of Jazz (VIC) to Agnes Blues Roots Rock (QLD).
They will bring the fun with 4-part harmonies, horn lines, dynamite soloists and a red-hot rhythm section: It swings, it drives, it jives, it will knock your socks off!
