Seating
Booking seats for specific concerts – there is no method by which seats can be booked for a specific concert. If you are desparate to hear (and see) a particular performer or band, please get to the venue early to obtain a seat.
Reserved seating – no reserved seating is available. We understand that some Festival-goers may want to reserve seats (with bags, jackets etc) to enable friends/family to sit together. However, reserving seats like this for long periods of time is truly bad form and we strongly discourage this practice. Festival Volunteers may ask that bags or articles of clothing be removed from seats if a venue is getting close to full or if a complaint has been received. There is no reserved seating at the Festival.
Can I buy tickets at the gate?
It is possible to purchase tickets at the gate during years the Festival does not sell-out. However, our aim is that the Festival will sell-out so you may be disappointed if you leave your purchase until the day. We cannot guarantee that there will be tickets available on the Festival weekend and we strongly recommend that you do not leave your purchase until the Festival weekend expecting to be able to attend the Festival.
